  • You keep getting phone calls! The beauty of the cloud is our system is non-reliant on your office’s resources. The phones on your desk might not work, but we can set the system to automatically route calls to voicemail or your mobile.

  • Nope! We can deliver our service over your existing internet with the help of a commercial firewall or sd wan product. This will prioritize the voice over your other internet services to ensure the best voice quality. You can always add a second internet connection for added redundancy, but it is not required.

  • Yes and no. As long as the phones follow open SIP protocols we can generally use them with our platform. The most common phones that work with our system include but are not limited to: Polycom, Yealink, Grandstream, Aastra, Select Cisco, and select Mitel phones.

  • Our network is geographically diverse and designed to have the best uptime in the industry. To date we have never had a network outage. In the event there was a service impairment in one of our data centers, the system is designed to seamlessly and actively failover to one of our other locations across the country. This is an automatic and instantaneous process. In other words, if we did have a service impairment, you likely would not even notice.

  • Our vision since being founded is to deliver the local presence and support that the big guys have forgotten about. Our support team is completely US based and work from our NJ and Florida offices. In addition, all of our clients are backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that states we are required to respond to issues within a certain amount of time.
